fashion faux pas - white at a wedding

(urban outfitters cream dress, forever 21 pumps, H&M faux fur stole)

My cousins and I are all pretty tiny. 5'2" or shorter. :) I was shopping around for another dress to wear to a wedding and couldn't help but fall in love with this dress. I tell myself it's still appropriate to wear to a wedding, because it's borderline cream and not a pure ivory white. My sister tells me that I could have styled this outfit better with a pair of black pumps and black tights, and I can't help but agree. Maybe I"ll take more pictures in the future like that.

h'ordeuvres and champagne

The wedding I went to took place at the Art Insitute of Chicago and the view of the banquet hall was absolutely breathtaking.
