INC 48

this rooftop bar (INC 48) is way nicer than many of the rooftop bars I've been to in Chicago. it's possibly one of my new favorites. The drinks are fun and fancy, the European bartenders are gorgeous, and there's no cover. It's a great place to get a wonderful view of New York's skyline, sit down, and share a drink with friends.

cafe lalo

i stopped by cafe lalo's, one of NYC's most famous cafes. "You've Got Mail" was filmed here and there are more than 100+ desserts to choose from! I tried an apple cider, a cappuccino, and several cakes. yes. i'm a fatty :)

I hit up New York's K-town last week and introduced some of my friends to Korean BBQ. They provide you with assorted pickled side dishes, and you grill the meat right on the dinner table. fun stuff.

 we also had dol-sot- bi bim bap with long islands. bi bim bap is mixed vegetables with a fried egg stirred with hot sauce in a sizzling stone bowl.

I scored free tickets to the Nov 17th live taping of the daily show in manhattan. Jon has this Q&A section at the very beginning of each episode and I almost mustered up the courage to ask him these questions
- Can you give me a job?
- then..can I at least have your babies?
- In all seriousness...tell us Jon, is Justin Bieber a father?

haha. so creepy. too bad Jon went overtime on his interview with Martin Scorsese, so the Q&A section was cut out. oh well, don't think he'd have all the answers to my questions anyways. He's not Oprah afterall.

During my first night out in New York, my friends and I dined at this cute little Italian restaurant. The food was incredible I must say!
