 I've never tried anything like this before. The oysters and caviar were surprisingly sweet and paired very well with the plum wine.

Seth Porges, senior editor of MAXIM and cloth

On my way back to Chicago, my flight got delayed for 4 hours. I ended up getting back home at around 4 AM, but after all of these exciting NYC events, even that couldn't put me in a bad mood. As I waited at the gate, I sat next to this guy and his girlfriend. They kindly shared a box of delicious chocolate almonds with me. Later on, I found out that this guy was actually Seth Porges, senior editor of MAXIM magazine. woah! :) 

He gave me a free copy of March's issue of MAXIM.
